The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has announced a total of 896 vacancies for the recruitment of Specialist Officer posts.
346 vacancies are released for Agricultural Field Officers (AFO),
205 vacancies for Marketing Officers,

The salary structure for IBPS Specialist Officers (SO) in 2024 is as follows: Rs. 23,700 – 980/7 – 30,560 – 1,145/2 – 32,850 – 1,310/7 – 42,020 (based on the previous official notification). It’s important for candidates to understand this detailed salary structure, including the gross salary and the in-hand salary. The gross salary typically ranges from Rs. 45,000 to Rs. 48,000.

IBPS Bank SO 2024 Selection Process :
The IBPS SO Recruitment process to select Specialist officers through IBPS SO 2024 is done in three phases:
1. Online Preliminary Exam
2. Online Mains Exam
3. Interview Process
A candidate must qualify for both the preliminary exam and the main exam to proceed to the interview round. The candidates selected after the interview round are given the appointment letter.
