SSC JHT Exam Pattern for Paper I Computer Based Test
- For the SSC JHT Paper I computer-based test, there are two sections from which the questions are asked. Section I has questions from General Hindi with 100 questions which carry 1 mark each. Section II has questions from General English and has 100 questions each question carrying 1 mark.
- For every wrong answer 0.25 marks will be deducted
- Marks scored by candidates in Computer Based Examination will be normalized and such normalized scores will be used to determine final merit and cut-off marks.

SSC JHT Exam Pattern for Paper-II Descriptive Test
As per the SSC JHT exam pattern, for paper II Descriptive Test, the candidates will be asked questions from Translation and Essay. The total marks for Descriptive type paper are 200 marks. The details of the exam pattern are given out below:

- In Paper-II, two translation passages will be given.
- One passage for translation from Hindi to English and another passage for translation from English to Hindi will be asked.
- An essay in both Hindi and English languages will be asked to test candidates’ translation skills and language comprehension and writing abilities.
- The level of the paper will be consistent with the educational qualifications prescribed
How to Fill SSC Junior Hindi Translator JHT Online Form 2024 :
- SSC One Time Registration : SSC has started one-time registration on its new website SSC.GOV.IN. Candidates who have not yet done OTR registration on the new website will be able to apply for any recruitment only after completing the registration.
